教育創新的關鍵是教師
摘 要:
教育教學改革是一項復雜的龐大的系統工程，牽涉到社會的方方面面，有其深刻的歷史背景和社會背景。本文從教育創新的角度，論述作為教育的直接執行者――教師所起到的關鍵作用。創新教育是一種高層次的素質教育活動，它要求有高素質的教師隊伍。而長期以來的歷史、文化、社會背景，都有意無意地深刻地影響著教師的教學態度和行為，乃至于教育觀念。我國的教育由于長期受傳統教育思想的束縛，在很多方面出現了不適應現代社會發展的弊端，教育的現狀不容樂觀，落后的教育理念，低效的教學行為勢必加重了學生的負擔，學生、家長苦不堪言。因此，教育教學改革勢在必行，教育創新迫在眉捷，而其中教師的關鍵作用不可小視。

二十一世紀是知識經濟的時代，而創新是知識經濟時代的一個顯著標志，創新是支撐一個民族的脊梁和靈魂。江澤民同志曾指出：“迎接未來科學技術的挑戰，最重要的是堅持創新，勇于創新”。“創新是一個民族進步的靈魂，是一個國家興旺發達的不竭動力。”“知識經濟，創新意識，對于我們二十一世紀的發展至關重要。”
對一個國家而言，擁有持續創新能力和大量創新性人才資源，就具備了發展知識經濟的巨大潛能，從而能在日益激烈的國際競爭中立于不敗之地。而要培養創新性人才，就必須實施創新教育。學校教育是實施創新教育的主陣地，而學校實施創新教育的關鍵在教師。
學校教育的主渠道在課堂，因此教師教育創新的主陣地也是課堂，課堂教育的創新是一名教師教育理念、教學方法、工作責任心和工作能力的重要體現。課堂教育創新包括很多方面，如備課、上課、作業布置與批改、后進生轉化等等。筆者從事初中數學教學近二十年，深感教育創新之重要，下面談一些個人的膚淺感觸，一孔之見，肯請大家指正。
